Well, first off one entry for every person on each contest. If you happen to be so lucky as to win you will recieve either a level for one of your Pokemon, an item or 500 PG your choice. You may chose from any of these item,

Pokeball
Potion
A bag of 5 berris of your choice
Fire stone
Thunder stone
Water stone
Moon stone
Leaf stone
Sun stone
